AISTAC Global’s top priority is always the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, as well as providing exceptional service levels to our highly valued customers.

We have had a Covid-19 HSE policy in place since 3 February 2020 to keep our staff and customers safe, and we have discussed our coronavirus measures and preparedness with our customers, shareholders, and all stakeholders via our website.

Since the beginning of the epidemic, the globe has achieved enormous progress, both in our scientific understanding of Covid-19 and in establishing and implementing vaccine programs. Nonetheless, Covid-19 remains a concern, and social distance and other required limitations are still in place in some countries. Our current Covid-19 HSE policy and approach are detailed below.

Our Commitment to the Health, Safety, and Well-being of Our Employees and the Employees of Our Customers

We implemented a particular Covid-19 HSE policy at the outset of the pandemic and have kept it up to date to ensure that the safeguards we have in place for all our employees and clients have remained current and suitable as the situation has evolved.

We have been regularly following developments in the Covid-19 issue and scientific understanding of this new virus as part of our commitment to putting in place the proper precautions for our staff and customers at the right time.

The world has now had two years to learn how to reduce the danger of infection; scientific understanding of the virus has substantially advanced; vaccination programs have been highly successful, and the most recent Omicron strain is a less severe variation. The most recent modification to our Covid-19 HSE policy recognizes this improvement while still adequately protecting our personnel, including the following:

We recommend individuals wear face masks if they are in a restricted indoor space at one of our locations; we encourage people to keep a minimum social distance of 1m/3ft;
Precautions for commuters and business travelers should be adopted in accordance with current laws and regulations.

If our people are ill, they must stay at home and isolate themselves in accordance with local regulations.

 If our people become ill, they must remain at home and isolate themselves in accordance with local legal regulations.
In addition, our policy involves thorough control, cleanliness, and preventative measures.

In addition to our Covid-19 HSE policy, we have issued extensive communications to all of our employees in accordance with World Health Organization guidance on how to reduce the risk of viral infection to themselves and others by practicing good hygiene and avoiding situations where the risk of infection is increased.

Among the global initiatives we have done during the pandemic are:

All employees will be given face masks.
Posters and movies directing staff and tourists to AISTAC Global facilities.
Our coworkers received health warnings and advice, including a thorough “Novel Coronavirus Control and Prevention Manual.”

 We have hygiene and other protection measures at the workplace, at home, and at customer locations for field-based employees in accordance with this document.
